Inter College Debate Competition 2009 was organized by Sai Institute in the auditorium at 10.00am onwards. Many Colleges of D.Dun participated in the competition. The topic was RAH SE BHATAKTA MEDIA. Tanuja Rawat of SIPAS won 1st prize, Kartikaya Sharma of Law College won 2nd prize, Eena Dutta of IMS College won 3rd prize & Nisha Dhar of SIPAS won  Consolation Prize. The Chief Guest of this event was Mr. Prakash Pant (Minister of Parliamentary Affairs & Drinking Water). The judges were Mr. C.D. Kandwal (Lecturer,Mass Com. Dept. SIPAS),DR.C.B. Pattanayak (Dean of Himandri Nabh University), Mr. Surendra Singh (Senior Journalist & Spokeperson of State Congress Committee).
